Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for Sparkrock and related financial systems, ensuring alignment with MCC’s financial processes and reporting needs.
- Lead and coordinate implementation of Sparkrock across International Program countries, including configuration, data migration, and training.
- Design and improve financial workflows, develop reports, and identify opportunities for system enhancements and efficiency.
- Provide user support, training, and capacity building for finance and non-finance staff across MCC.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Sparkrock, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes; experience with system implementation, configuration, or data migration.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to train users with varying technical expertise; effective cross-cultural communication.
