Finance Systems Administrator

• Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for Sparkrock and related financial systems, ensuring alignment with MCC’s financial processes and reporting needs.
• Lead and coordinate implementation of Sparkrock across International Program countries, including configuration, data migration, and training.
• Design and improve financial workflows, develop reports, and identify opportunities for system enhancements and efficiency.
• Provide user support, training, and capacity building for finance and non-finance staff across MCC.

This role ensures the integrity and efficiency of MCC’s global financial systems, enabling effective stewardship of resources for humanitarian and development programs that serve communities in need worldwide.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Sparkrock, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes; experience with system implementation, configuration, or data migration.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to train users with varying technical expertise; effective cross-cultural communication.
