RFQ - Consultancy for AAP Systems Review (PRF 434)

• Assess and review existing Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) systems, processes, and tools.
• Provide practical recommendations for strengthening coherence, effectiveness, and alignment with the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS).
• Develop a structured outline for future AAP Guidelines.

This consultancy will help Polish Humanitarian Action improve its accountability to affected populations, ensuring that humanitarian responses are more effective, transparent, and aligned with best practices.

• Experience in humanitarian accountability, AAP, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and system review skills.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder consultations and document reviews.
• Familiarity with the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS).
