Head of Evidence and Evaluation

Build evidence and evaluation systems from scratch to guide learning and scaling of climate-smart agriculture solutions in India.
- Establish evidence strategy, data infrastructure, and research protocols; commission external evaluations and generate insights for programme and policy decisions.
- Lead internal and external studies using monitoring, cost-effectiveness analysis, and experimental designs matched to decision-making needs.
- Translate evidence into actionable insights for government adoption and funding of the agricultural model.
- Grow and mentor an Evidence and Evaluation team; develop partnerships across India's research and funder ecosystem.
- Requires 10+ years in monitoring, evaluation, or applied research with proven track record establishing evidence systems in organisations.
- Requires deep Indian development sector expertise, strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, and experience engaging government and policymakers.
