Growth Manager Africa

Drive customer acquisition and retention for a fintech's US-Africa remittance corridor by building diaspora community relationships and executing targeted growth campaigns.
- Build trust-based relationships with African diaspora communities through in-person engagement, customer research, and partnership development with community organizations.
- Execute offline and online advertising campaigns, source community ambassadors and influencers, and manage paid media agencies tailored to specific country corridors.
- Manage customer CRM segmented by corridor, respond to customer inquiries across owned channels, and dedicate time to direct customer outreach and support.
- Identify and resolve customer pain points by corridor, collaborating with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Support teams to improve product quality and experience.
- Requires 4–5 years in high-growth startups, marketing, or fintech; deep knowledge of and networks within African diaspora communities; strong sales, marketing, and analytical skills.
- Travel across US states to connect with African diaspora communities and grow customer base; fluency in English required, African language proficiency strongly preferred.
