Finance and Operations Associate

• In this role, you'll manage day-to-day finance and operations for a health nonprofit, handling accounting, payments, procurement and travel logistics.
• Maintain accounting records, vouchers and documentation to meet audit and statutory compliance requirements.
• Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements and travel advances while tracking procurement orders to delivery.
• Book travel and accommodation for staff and manage logistics for training events and field visits.
• Track expenditure against budgets and prepare financial reports for donors and internal stakeholders.
