Generalist, Workshops

• In this role, you'll own the operational backbone of Kairos's workshops, managing outreach, venues, travel, and admissions.
• Manage admissions and participant operations by building forms, coordinating selection, and preparing participants.
• Coordinate guests by tracking invitations, confirming attendance, and supporting the process.
• Build scalable systems using Notion, Airtable, and automations to improve event playbooks.
• Deliver workshops in person by travelling to events and managing logistics on the ground.
