Mission
What you will drive
- Provide technical support to Plan International's education response and programming in specific crises, ensuring alignment with global standards and gender equality.
- Lead rapid Education Needs Assessments and Multi-Sector Needs Assessments to identify urgent education needs.
- Ensure effective planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of integrated education responses.
- Represent Plan at relevant coordination mechanisms and contribute to Education Cluster response plans and advocacy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Significant experience in humanitarian crises and implementing first-line education response, safe inclusive quality education programmes, and integration with other sectors.
- Proven track record in securing funding from public and private streams and managing Education in Emergencies portfolios.
- Strong team management experience and commitment to safeguarding and Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Exploitation and Abuse.
- Bilingual in English plus French or Spanish (Spanish prioritized for Venezuela response); HEAT or equivalent security training within past 3 years.
