Junior Officer (Intern) Proposal Writing OR Third-Party Monitoring & Evaluation

As a Junior Officer (Intern) in Proposal Writing or Third-Party Monitoring & Evaluation, you will:

• Analyze tenders and Terms of Reference (ToRs) to write strong technical proposals, or conduct structured desk reviews and design data-collection tools for M&E projects.
• Support the team in research, coordination, and writing proposals, or conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis and draft M&E reports.
• Communicate with external partners and consultants, or conduct remote data collection and data/report visualization.

This role supports high-quality research and monitoring for NGOs and donors in the MENA region, ensuring effective use of resources and accountability in humanitarian and development programs.

• University degree in Development, Public Health, Social Sciences or relevant field (MA preferred).
• At least one year of professional experience in humanitarian/development and research.
• Fluent/native English speaker with strong writing and editing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Office package, including Excel.
