DG ECHO Ex-Ante Assessment for 2028-2034 Certificate Support Consultant

Coordinate the ex-ante assessment 2028-2034 for Plan International National Offices (NOs) to ensure compliance with DG ECHO criteria. Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and organizing relevant documents and samples for the auditor.
• Facilitating communication between NOs and the external auditor.
• Managing documentation and evidence to support the assessment process.

This role ensures that Plan International's National Offices meet DG ECHO's standards, enabling continued funding for humanitarian projects that protect children's rights and support communities in crisis.

• Postgraduate degree (Master's level or equivalent) in International Development, International Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in humanitarian assistance, international development, donor compliance, grant management, audit coordination or institutional capacity strengthening.
• Demonstrated experience working with DG ECHO or other EU institutional humanitarian donors, including understanding of humanitarian partnership frameworks and donor compliance requirements.
• Proven experience coordinating organisational assessments, institutional audits, or donor compliance exercises involving external auditors and multiple entities.
