What you will drive

Coordinate the ex-ante assessment 2028-2034 for Plan International National Offices (NOs) to ensure compliance with DG ECHO criteria. Key responsibilities include:

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Postgraduate degree (Master's level or equivalent) in International Development, International Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or another relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in humanitarian assistance, international development, donor compliance, grant management, audit coordination or institutional capacity strengthening.
  • Demonstrated experience working with DG ECHO or other EU institutional humanitarian donors, including understanding of humanitarian partnership frameworks and donor compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience coordinating organisational assessments, institutional audits, or donor compliance exercises involving external auditors and multiple entities.
