Mission
What you will drive
- Conduct a desk review of project documentation.
- Develop the evaluation methodology.
- Carry out remote interviews and/or focus group discussions with consortium partners and key stakeholders.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and prepare the final External Evaluator Report based on OECD-DAC evaluation criteria.

This evaluation will assess the effectiveness of a social innovation model that fosters economic and social wellbeing of Ukrainian refugees, contributing to evidence-based programming and policy for refugee self-employment.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Advanced university degree in social sciences, economics, development studies, evaluation or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in evaluating EU-funded and/or humanitarian and development projects.
- Proven experience in applying the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and excellent command of English.
