Mission

What you will drive

  • Conduct a desk review of project documentation.
  • Develop the evaluation methodology.
  • Carry out remote interviews and/or focus group discussions with consortium partners and key stakeholders.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and prepare the final External Evaluator Report based on OECD-DAC evaluation criteria.

This evaluation will assess the effectiveness of a social innovation model that fosters economic and social wellbeing of Ukrainian refugees, contributing to evidence-based programming and policy for refugee self-employment.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Advanced university degree in social sciences, economics, development studies, evaluation or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in evaluating EU-funded and/or humanitarian and development projects.
  • Proven experience in applying the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and excellent command of English.
