Director of Venture Building, Labour Mobility

Build companies that move African workers into high-income jobs abroad, shaping strategy and leading the labour mobility team.
- Identify opportunities, recruit founders, build companies end-to-end, and structure investments in labour mobility corridors.
- Assess market opportunities by engaging recruiters, employers, and operators to identify bottlenecks and prioritise corridors.
- Manage venture-builders, review deal structures and cost-effectiveness analyses, and maintain quality and pace.
- Requires founding or senior operating experience with real P&L responsibility and proven ability to execute at speed.
- Requires 8–20 years experience; labour mobility, recruitment, or Africa experience highly valuable; French language a bonus.
