Director of Partnerships, UK/US

• Solicit and secure grants and sponsorships that allow OneSky programs to flourish.
• Collaborate with global team members to grow and diversify foundation and corporate partnership opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strategic, high-level relationships with funding partners and prospects.
• Oversee a portfolio of existing funders while developing a pipeline of new potential institutional funders.

This role directly contributes to OneSky's mission of providing nurturing care and early education to vulnerable young children in Asia, enabling the organization to expand its reach and improve outcomes for thousands of children.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in generating significant income from foundations and corporate partners for nonprofit purposes.
• Demonstrated success in developing and stewarding long-term philanthropic partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and superior project management skills.

Salary: UK £64,000–£70,000; US $95,000–$110,000. Comprehensive benefits package appropriate to the employee’s country of employment, along with a flexible and collaborative international work environment.
