Coordinator, Fundraising Data & Campaign Operations

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define timing, volume, segmentation, and testing needs for fundraising campaigns across direct mail, digital, telemarketing, special events, and peer-to-peer channels.
• Produce campaign data files, perform quality checks, generate segment counts, create source codes, and ensure proper CRM flagging for reporting and contact history tracking.
• Provide data production support for co-op list fulfillment, modeling, and related needs; troubleshoot data issues and maintain CRM in support of fundraising needs.
• Maintain report library, run routine reports and data extracts, and serve as subject matter expert on CRM data and reporting for fundraising teams and vendors.

This role directly supports Covenant House's mission to end youth homelessness by ensuring effective fundraising campaigns that generate critical resources for programs serving youth and young families experiencing homelessness, human trafficking, and exploitation.

• 3+ years of experience in direct marketing data file production, including 2+ years in digital direct marketing.
• Experience with data file production including hygiene, merge/purge, segmentation, test splits, and related activities, preferably in a marketing environment with offline channel experience.
• Proven experience with data conversion, manipulation, cleaning, standardization, and reporting; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tool.
• Ability to write SQL queries or demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn SQL; familiarity with nonprofit CRMs and fundraising concepts, preferably EveryAction.
