Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and coordinate fundraising efforts, including soliciting major gifts, writing grant applications, and implementing the fundraising plan.
- Manage donor relations, cultivate new prospects, and steward existing donors through personalized communication and events.
- Oversee development operations, including maintaining donor database, generating reports, and coordinating fundraising campaigns and special events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years of proven experience in fundraising, development, or community relations with success as a frontline solicitor.
- Experience soliciting major gifts and identifying/cultivating new major gift prospects; advanced CRM software skills (Little Green Light a plus).
- Familiarity with Judaism, the Jewish community, and Israel; passion for Jewish camping and understanding of camp impact.
- Ability to travel, work some weekends/evenings, and participate in professional development; Hebrew proficiency a plus.
