Director, Fundraising Analytics

• Lead complex analytical projects to inform fundraising strategy, including donor retention, acquisition performance, and channel effectiveness.
• Develop clear, decision-oriented outputs such as whitepapers, executive briefs, and strategic analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical approaches and present findings to support decision-making.
• Contribute to reporting and dashboard development, and help shape analytical practices as the team grows.

This role directly advances Covenant House's mission to end youth homelessness by using data-driven insights to optimize fundraising strategies, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to support vulnerable youth and young families.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics roles within nonprofit or marketing environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and ability to explore, assess, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce structured analytical narratives.
• Experience with visualization tools, Power BI preferred, and familiarity with large, complex datasets.
