Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the full funding lifecycle including prospect research, proposal writing, submission, and post-award compliance and reporting.
  • Identify and cultivate new foundation, corporate, and government funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Draft, edit, and finalize letters of inquiry, grant proposals, RFP responses, budgets, and supporting materials.
  • Track grant agreements, prepare interim and final reports, and ensure compliance with funder requirements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3–5 years of experience in fund development with demonstrated success securing foundation, corporate, and/or government grants.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and narrative storytelling skills to translate complex program information into funder-ready language.
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and funder relationships simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with grant compliance requirements, including budget tracking and reporting obligations.
