Job description
Manage website infrastructure, content systems, and automation tools to support research publishing and team workflows.
- Maintain WordPress infrastructure, optimize content templates and taxonomies, and troubleshoot website issues as they arise.
- Build and maintain API integrations between platforms including Google Workspace, Asana, Airtable, and WordPress.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools and workflow automation for content operations, research publishing, and internal tasks.
- Requires 3+ years in web administration or digital content operations, strong WordPress and HTML/CSS skills, and Python or comparable scripting ability.
- Requires experience with workflow automation tools, no-code databases, API connections, and ability to work independently on technical projects.
