Secure major philanthropic gifts and manage high-capacity donor relationships to fund The Humane League's animal protection work.
- Lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of ~100 high-net-worth donors across US regions, targeting five- to six-figure gifts.
- Develop personalized proposals, grant applications, and impact reports aligned with organizational priorities and donor interests.
- Build trust-based relationships through strategic engagement across the full donor lifecycle, including events and peer-to-peer cultivation.
- Requires 5+ years fundraising experience with 1–2 years in major gifts, proven track record securing five- to seven-figure gifts.
- Requires exceptional relationship-building, strategic thinking, proposal writing, and ability to manage complex donor portfolios.
