Role details
Lead New Roots Institute as Associate Executive Director transitioning to Executive Director, driving organizational strategy, fundraising, and movement leadership to end factory farming.
- Serve as primary public representative and relationship-builder with donors, board, partners, and the broader anti-factory-farming movement.
- Lead fundraising efforts securing six- and seven-figure gifts; oversee revenue forecasting and funder stewardship systems.
- Partner with Managing Director on organizational strategy, culture-building, and navigating transitions and legal matters.
- Requires deep expertise in factory farming interventions, effective altruism, youth leadership development, and philanthropic cultivation.
- Requires vegan and anti-speciesist values; willingness to travel monthly and work unconventional hours around events and conferences.
