Data Coordinator

• Manage day-to-day CRM operations in Raiser's Edge NXT, including maintaining constituent data and providing end-user support and training.
• Execute data hygiene and deduplication across the Foundation's main systems (Raiser's Edge, Luminate Online, HubSpot).
• Own Direct Response mail lists, perform list-building and segmentation, and manage data synchronization and imports between systems.

This role ensures accurate and synchronized constituent data, enabling effective fundraising and engagement campaigns that support Parkinson's research and care, ultimately improving life for people with Parkinson's disease.

• At least three years of professional experience in a data management or CRM support position, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT strongly preferred; experience with Luminate Online, HubSpot, or Salesforce a plus.
• Strong skills in data management including imports, exports, deduplication, and list segmentation; basic SQL experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office 365; meticulous attention to detail.

Competitive salary range $50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package. Remote work opportunity.
