Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement a multi-country communications strategy to elevate the DREEM program and refugee/displaced youth inclusion across Africa.
- Lead production of high-quality content (case studies, briefs, videos) showcasing the business case for including refugee and displaced youth in education and employment.
- Provide technical assistance and capacity-building to Refugee-Led Organizations and the Youth Advisory Board to strengthen their independent communications and advocacy.
- Manage digital platforms, oversee storytelling, and ensure brand compliance while tracking KPIs to measure narrative shift.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Communications, Journalism, International Development, or related field.
- 7โ10 years of progressive communications experience, preferably in donor-funded programs in Africa.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to translate technical content into compelling narratives.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
