Communications Manager, DREEM

• Develop and implement a multi-country communications strategy to elevate the DREEM program and refugee/displaced youth inclusion across Africa.
• Lead production of high-quality content (case studies, briefs, videos) showcasing the business case for including refugee and displaced youth in education and employment.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity-building to Refugee-Led Organizations and the Youth Advisory Board to strengthen their independent communications and advocacy.
• Manage digital platforms, oversee storytelling, and ensure brand compliance while tracking KPIs to measure narrative shift.

This role amplifies the voices of refugee and displaced youth, shifting narratives from vulnerability to agency and economic contribution, and directly supports inclusive education and dignified work for one million youth across Africa.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, International Development, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive communications experience, preferably in donor-funded programs in Africa.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to translate technical content into compelling narratives.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
