Development Intern (Paid)

• Support donor research, data management, and donor profile development for Winrock's Development team.
• Assist with proposal support and donor-facing communications.
• Maintain donor and prospect records in the CRM and ensure data quality.
• Provide administrative support including calendar management and meeting coordination.

This internship supports Winrock International's mission to empower the disadvantaged, increase economic opportunity, and sustain natural resources by helping secure funding for impactful programs.

• Senior-level undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant field (e.g., international relations, climate, environment).
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Paid internship; part-time (10-20 hours/week); 3-month duration; remote work within the US (excluding New York state).
