Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the consolidation of annual budgets and budget revisions for overseas programmes, including developing guidelines, coordinating reviews, and improving budget templates.
- Develop and update financial policies and procedures for overseas programmes, including the Overseas Finance Manual and guidance documents.
- Lead recruitment, induction, and training for Country Financial Controllers, Roving Accountants, and SURGE Accountants.
- Manage the deployment and technical support of Roving and Surge Accountants, and provide year-end support including review of key schedules and audit reports.
