What you will drive
- Research and prospect target customers and decision-makers in the Poland market.
- Drive pipeline growth through high-volume outreach including cold calling, emails, events, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline management.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Recent graduate or equivalent experience in surveying, geoinformatics, civil engineering, information systems, or related field.
- Initial experience in customer-facing roles (sales, business development, or customer support).
- Enthusiasm for cold calling and proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Fluent in Polish and strong English language skills.
