AUSPAC RTR (Record to Report) Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Oversees the full Record to Report cycle including journals posting, GL management, and intercompany accounting
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures, and group reporting timeliness
• Ensures accuracy of financial records and readiness for external audit, analysis of key accounts, and reporting of month end and year end procedures
• Reviews lease accounting and supports AASB 16 requirements

Required qualifications:

• Qualified accountant with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or equivalent) and CA or CPA qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience in industry with proven financial accounting background, ideally within a growing or multinational business with audit interface experience
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and tax requirements
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with ability to communicate with various stakeholders
