Workplace Coordinator

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked office spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and deliveries, ensuring a welcoming office experience.
• Assist with event and meeting logistics, including room setup, catering coordination, and cleanup.
• Support new hire setup and day-one readiness, including workspace preparation and basic office orientation.

By ensuring a smooth and welcoming office environment, this role enables Crusoe's team to focus on accelerating AI infrastructure that reduces energy waste and powers innovation responsibly.

• 1–2+ years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay on top of daily responsibilities.
• Friendly, approachable, and responsive with a strong focus on supporting employees and visitors.

Compensation range: $56,000 - $67,000 + Bonus.
