Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the vision and daily operations of VSCLT, focusing on developing and coordinating placement of homes into the community land trust.
- Provide client-centric stewardship support to current and future homeowners.
- Grow financial and organizational capacity, build relationships with funders, developers, localities, and Habitat for Humanity affiliates.
- Ensure strong operational and financial structures for long-term sustainability.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of experience in affordable housing, community land trusts, planning, architecture, community development, or related fields.
- Demonstrated track record of progressively responsible leadership in startup or early development nonprofits.
- Strong analytical, writing, project management, and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, databases, and communications platforms; experience with CRM platforms like Monday.com or Salesforce is a plus.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Starting salary of $80,000 - $100,000 depending on qualifications. Full-time, exempt position. Benefits include remote work with a flexible 35-hour work week, generous holidays and paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days). Additional benefits after 3 months of full-time employment. Mix of remote and in-person office work options.
