Board member needed

• Participate in quarterly board meetings to support organizational governance and strategic planning.
• Assist with fundraising, partnership development, and community outreach.
• Provide professional expertise and community insight to strengthen programs and impact initiatives.
• Serve as an ambassador for the organization's mission and ensure accountability and transparency.

This role helps guide a nonprofit that serves underserved communities in the US and Africa, advancing workforce development, sustainability, education, and public health. Board members directly shape the organization's ability to create measurable public benefit and long-term community impact.

• Professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and commitment to community-focused service.
• Expertise in one or more areas: nonprofit governance, accounting/finance, workforce development, public health, agriculture, sustainability, education, community development, grant development, entrepreneurship, or international development.
• Previous board experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to support fundraising and strategic growth.
