Senior Site Reliability Engineer

• Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects and plan higher-risk maintenance.
• Use a data-driven approach to improve system reliability, performance, and availability.
• Promote automation and continuous improvement to reduce operational overhead.
• Mentor team members in SRE practices and participate in on-call rotation.

This role directly supports sustainable food production by ensuring the reliability and scalability of agricultural technology that helps growers manage over 200 million acres, improving sustainability and profitability.

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• 3+ years in a senior or technical leadership capacity.
• Strong programming skills (Ruby, Python, Go) and experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, New Relic), and version control (Git).
