Job description
- Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects and plan higher-risk maintenance.
- Use a data-driven approach to improve system reliability, performance, and availability.
- Promote automation and continuous improvement to reduce operational overhead.
- Mentor team members in SRE practices and participate in on-call rotation.

What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- 3+ years in a senior or technical leadership capacity.
- Strong programming skills (Ruby, Python, Go) and experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, New Relic), and version control (Git).
Benefits
