Advisory Consultant (Social Value)

• Lead and support social value delivery across multiple infrastructure projects.
• Create social value action plans, coordinate and deliver initiatives.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track social value performance.
• Produce client-ready social value reports and manage client relationships.

This role ensures that major infrastructure projects deliver measurable social value, benefiting communities through employment, education, and social enterprise partnerships.

• Proven experience in social value work within consultancy or client organization.
• Knowledge of Public Sector Services Act 2012, PPN 001/002 and related legislation.
• Experience writing social value tender submissions and supporting business development.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills, including Excel and social value tools.
