What you will drive

  • Manage all investor-facing materials: presentations, impact reports, newsletters, one-pagers, and website content.
  • Lead planning and execution of site visits, conference presentations, and webinars.
  • Oversee investor lists, email communications, and CRM upkeep.
  • Coordinate social media and digital communications with consultants.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of administrative, program, or communications experience.
  • 4+ years of relationship-building with investors, foundations, community stakeholders, or senior leadership.
  • Comfort managing voice across communications work (social media, documents, newsletters, reports).
  • Comfort working with digital platforms, project management tools, and collaborative software.

Salary range: $65,000–$80,000 annually (salaried exempt FTE).
