VP, Program Management Director

• Direct and manage the entire project through all phases, serving as primary liaison between AECOM and client.
• Lead issue detection and resolution, ensuring compliance with commercial, design, and construction facets.
• Oversee budget control, schedule, contract management, and staffing levels.
• Implement safety and quality oversight, risk management, and sustainability guidelines.

This role ensures the successful delivery of major transit infrastructure projects, improving public transportation and community connectivity in the New York Metro area.

• Extensive Transit Rail experience and program, design, and construction management in Transportation.
• Heavy Civil (Underground) Construction experience in the New York Metro market.
• Distinct prior MTA experience.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide subordinate managers and staff.
