Solutions Engineer

• Lead product demonstrations for transit agencies, operators, consultancies, and partners.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and drive agency-specific strategies and pitches.
• Drive revenue growth by building business cases, providing technical expertise, and supporting the sales process.
• Organize and run onsite workshops, pilot programs, and represent Swiftly at events.

This role directly improves transit efficiency and reliability for millions of passengers, contributing to more sustainable and equitable urban mobility.

• 3+ years of experience working at or with a transit agency, with a genuine love of transit.
• Understanding of transit passenger information, planning, operations, and data standards.
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to travel monthly.

US Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000 USD; Canadian Salary Range: $158,000 - $164,000 CAD.
