Business Manager

• Scale the Train business unit by expanding into new European markets, optimizing profitability, and managing partnerships with rail carriers.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to define product roadmap priorities with Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage business projects including launching B2B revenue streams, exploring new verticals, and overseeing secondary markets.

By scaling BlaBlaCar's train business across Europe, this role promotes sustainable, shared mobility, reducing carbon emissions and making travel more affordable and accessible.

• Master’s Degree in Business, Management, or Finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, or business development.
• Outstanding analytical and project management skills with commercial acumen.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English; a third European language is a strong asset.
