Job description
Build companies moving African workers into high-income jobs abroad, focusing on international labour mobility ventures.
- Scope labour mobility corridors and markets; identify opportunities and bottlenecks through conversations with recruiters, employers, and operators.
- Source founders, assess their potential, and convince exceptional people to build labour mobility companies with the fund.
- Assess investments, develop cost-effectiveness analyses, structure deals, and support portfolio companies post-investment to scale.
- Requires 4–15 years experience in labour mobility, early-stage companies, or Africa; AI-native workflows and problem-solving essential.
- Requires mission-driven mindset, results-focused approach, and willingness to travel across Africa and destination markets.
