Global Health Partnerships and Development Bank Consultant

Advise a global health nonprofit on partnerships with multilateral development banks to strengthen health systems and pandemic preparedness in low- and middle-income countries.
- Refine strategic priorities across countries and development banks; assess feasibility of proposed programmes and advance one major partnership from concept to implementation.
- Guide programme development with country partners, clarifying outcomes, roles, budgets and financing routes; coordinate consultations and next steps.
- Approximately 40–45 working days over six months, remote with travel as agreed; advise senior colleagues and lead workshops as needed.
- Requires strong global health expertise, demonstrated experience with multilateral development banks and programme development, and ability to translate technical inputs into actionable plans.
- Desirable: background in epidemic preparedness, climate and health, clinical research, pharmaceutical development, or regulatory systems.
