Advancement Director, Mid-Atlantic

• Lead the Mid-Atlantic Chapter to achieve revenue and mission delivery goals through fundraising events, corporate development, individual giving, and board development.
• Develop and implement the chapter budget and long-term strategy for sustained revenue growth.
• Cultivate community partnerships and alliances to promote growth and awareness of the Parkinson's Foundation.

This role directly improves the lives of people with Parkinson's disease by funding research and care programs, while expanding the Foundation's reach across the Mid-Atlantic region.

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of fundraising experience, preferably in a healthcare nonprofit.
• Proven track record in special events, corporate/foundation giving, donor cultivation, and volunteer development.
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and team management skills with experience leading teams of 2 or more.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in MS Office and Raiser's Edge NXT a plus.

Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Remote position with travel up to 30% within the chapter region.
