Job description
Two unpaid Supervisory Board positions providing governance oversight and strategic guidance to a non-profit addressing water, agriculture, and climate challenges globally.
- Oversee organizational strategy, financial health, risk management, and Executive Board performance through three to five annual meetings.
- Provide independent strategic advice on fundraising diversification, partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Appoint, evaluate, and advise the CEO; act as critical sounding board for executive decisions.
- Requires senior leadership or board experience with governance expertise and affinity for international development.
- Preferred expertise in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or data and technology for development; approximately 60 hours annually.
