Mission
What you will drive
- Assess existing procurement SOPs and practices, identify gaps and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen procurement systems.
- Review current procurement SOPs, policies, templates, and tools for alignment with humanitarian standards and organizational policies.
- Analyze Ukraine-specific context including local market constraints, sanctions, and security challenges.
- Develop revised SOPs, procurement improvement plan, and supplementary tools.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years experience in humanitarian procurement and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement compliance requirements and experience reviewing/developing SOPs.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with anti-fraud systems and UN donor requirements.
