Terms of Reference for a consultant to conduct an online training on documenting stories of change for selected partner organisations under the ADA Fr

• Design and deliver a 4-hour online training session on documenting stories of change, focusing on gender equality and women's empowerment.
• Provide individual feedback on stories drafted by participants from 16 partner organizations.
• Conduct a 2.5-hour follow-up session for additional technical support.
• Prepare training materials, exercises, and a final report with recommendations.

This consultancy equips partner organizations with skills to capture and communicate stories of change, highlighting gender equality and women's empowerment, thereby strengthening advocacy, donor reporting, and organizational learning for sustainable development.

• Expertise in documentation, storytelling, and communication strategies for NGOs.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering gender trainings, preferably in East Africa.
• Experience facilitating online training and coaching for diverse audiences in the NGO sector.
• Strong communication skills, familiarity with virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), and excellent command of English; working proficiency in spoken Kiswahili.

Compensation: Proposed budget should not exceed 6,000,000 Uganda Shillings (including taxes). The consultant should propose fees based on hourly or daily rate, covering communication costs and other expenses.
