Mission
What you will drive
- Manage day-to-day operational infrastructure, including internal systems, vendor relationships, payment processes, sponsor operations, and cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with CEO and senior leadership to translate strategic goals into operational plans, workflows, and accountability structures.
- Serve as primary administrative and operational liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinating meeting logistics, governance records, and committee support.
- Oversee measurement and evaluation activities, data collection systems, and operational analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in a creative, innovative, customer-focused environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, and project management software.
- Strong project management, communication, and coalition-building skills; ability to manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders.
