What you will drive

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative, logistics, financial, and reporting tasks for CECA.
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling, expense processing, and meeting logistics.
  • Manage logistics and execution of virtual and in-person events.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation of project results and program elements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4+ years' experience in public health, public policy, health care, or related field.
  • Experience coordinating logistics for conferences, workgroups, or technical expert panels.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with strong editorial and synthesis abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Zotero.

CECA convenes partners to ensure access to contraception as part of achieving sexual and reproductive health equity in the U.S.
