Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate feminist research, learning, and knowledge production processes, including developing methodologies, conducting desk research, and synthesizing findings into accessible outputs.
- Support the Feminist Republik Festival and convenings by coordinating logistics, documentation, and learning processes.
- Manage Registry partnership workflows, including communication, data submission follow-ups, and quality checks.
- Assist with MEAL functions such as data collection, extraction, coding, and analysis for reporting cycles.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies, Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in feminist research, programme coordination, MEAL support, or documentation in NGO/civil society context.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English; ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a remote team.
- Solid understanding of feminist principles, gender equality, and women's human rights; familiarity with data management and MEAL tools.
