Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate feminist research, learning, and knowledge production processes, including developing methodologies, conducting desk research, and synthesizing findings into accessible outputs.
  • Support the Feminist Republik Festival and convenings by coordinating logistics, documentation, and learning processes.
  • Manage Registry partnership workflows, including communication, data submission follow-ups, and quality checks.
  • Assist with MEAL functions such as data collection, extraction, coding, and analysis for reporting cycles.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies, Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in feminist research, programme coordination, MEAL support, or documentation in NGO/civil society context.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English; ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a remote team.
  • Solid understanding of feminist principles, gender equality, and women's human rights; familiarity with data management and MEAL tools.
