What you will drive
- Operationalize the Gender Action Plan (GAP) and ensure gender mainstreaming across all project components.
- Develop gender-responsive M&E frameworks, indicators, and data collection tools.
- Build capacity of project staff and stakeholders on gender mainstreaming.
- Promote women's participation and leadership in fisheries management.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Fisheries, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in gender mainstreaming in development projects, preferably in fisheries or natural resource management.
- Experience integrating gender into M&E systems and sex-disaggregated data.
- Fluency in Arabic strongly desired.
