What you will drive

  • Operationalize the Gender Action Plan (GAP) and ensure gender mainstreaming across all project components.
  • Develop gender-responsive M&E frameworks, indicators, and data collection tools.
  • Build capacity of project staff and stakeholders on gender mainstreaming.
  • Promote women's participation and leadership in fisheries management.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Fisheries, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in gender mainstreaming in development projects, preferably in fisheries or natural resource management.
  • Experience integrating gender into M&E systems and sex-disaggregated data.
  • Fluency in Arabic strongly desired.
