What you will drive

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including transaction processing, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Administer payroll processing and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Oversee accounts payable, vendor management, and corporate credit card administration.
  • Support audit preparation, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 5โ€“7 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, fund accounting, and payroll administration.
  • Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks) and payroll platforms (e.g., ADP).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
