Mission
What you will drive
- Build, manage, and grow WomenHeart's corporate funding pipeline and portfolio, focusing on private sector engagement and corporate revenue generation.
- Develop and implement corporate partnership strategies, identify and pursue new funding opportunities, and manage the full lifecycle of corporate partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CEO, Development, Programs, Communications, and Operations teams to align funding opportunities with organizational priorities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in corporate relations, business development, sponsorship, corporate fundraising, or nonprofit development.
- Demonstrated success securing and stewarding corporate partnerships and revenue.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; ability to use CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to analyze partnership opportunities, develop budgets or revenue projections, and work collaboratively across departments.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Remote work with preference for East Coast or Eastern time zone; frequent in-person engagement in Washington, DC.
