Technical Lead/Senior Engineer, DevOps

This DevOps role involves leading infrastructure and deployment solutions for a multi-cloud and on-premises software environment at Landis+Gyr.

• Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Networking as Code (NaC) solutions across GCP and hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Terraform modules for provisioning and managing cloud resources (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM).
• Configure and manage GitLab Runners to support build and deployment pipelines across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Apply GitOps principles to enable reliable and automated deployments in GCP and Kubernetes-based environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps and cloud infrastructure experience with specific technical and behavioral competencies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields (B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA).
• Total 6+ years of experience required, with minimum 4+ years in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Storage.
• Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively in globally distributed teams, and excellent technical writing skills.
