Strategic Portfolio Assessment & Future Investment Strategy Consultancy (RFP)

Conduct a strategic portfolio assessment of AAUW's fellowships and grants portfolio, examining grantmaking programs within the current higher education and workforce landscape. Develop recommendations to inform the organization's future philanthropic investment strategy, strengthening future impact, funding priorities, and program direction.

This consultancy will help AAUW align its philanthropic investments to maximize impact for women and girls in education and the workforce, ensuring resources are directed toward high-impact programs.

• Expertise in strategic planning, program evaluation, philanthropy, higher education, and equity-centered research.
• Experience conducting portfolio assessments and developing investment strategies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
