Data Organizer

• Manage and optimize campaign data systems to ensure organizers and workers have access to accurate, timely, and actionable information.
• Develop and maintain data collection processes, dashboards, trackers, reports, Google Sheets, and other tools that support organizing campaigns and strategic decision-making.
• Translate campaign data into clear, accessible formats to help organizers track progress, identify opportunities, and inform campaign strategy.
• Train and support chapter leaders on database use, and provide technical and analytical support for special projects.

This role empowers the AAUP to effectively organize higher education workers, defend academic freedom, and fight for fair wages and job security, thereby strengthening the labor movement and protecting the rights of educators.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in union data support, campaign data management, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, cross-sheet calculations, data analysis, and data management workflows.
• Experience using CRM or membership database systems (e.g., Salesforce, Action Builder, BroadStripes, or similar platforms).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in data support for unions; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary range: $75,543.55 to $85,074.31. Generous benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance; paid sick days; paid vacation days; and 401(K).
