Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage and optimize campaign data systems to ensure organizers and workers have access to accurate, timely, and actionable information.
  • Develop and maintain data collection processes, dashboards, trackers, reports, Google Sheets, and other tools that support organizing campaigns and strategic decision-making.
  • Translate campaign data into clear, accessible formats to help organizers track progress, identify opportunities, and inform campaign strategy.
  • Train and support chapter leaders on database use, and provide technical and analytical support for special projects.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in union data support, campaign data management, or a related role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, cross-sheet calculations, data analysis, and data management workflows.
  • Experience using CRM or membership database systems (e.g., Salesforce, Action Builder, BroadStripes, or similar platforms).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in data support for unions; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
